It's going to be 65 degrees on Friday, 3/12/2021, and in my 4 seasons of teaching beach yoga, we've never led a class in March -- so let's do it!


Sunshine, sand, ocean air. Let's get a little taste of summer before spring this Friday for daisyface flow's All Levels Vinyasa Style class!


Where: Pleasure Bay Beach, William J Day Blvd, South Boston
(we meet just beyond the Pleasure Bay Beach Parking lot on the sand by Lifeguard Chair 5 -- I recommend using the Waze app & searching "Pleasure Bay Beach Parking")


When: Friday, 3/12 at 12PM - 1PM


How much: just $10 - cash or Venmo @daisyfaceflow


If you plan on attending & have never been to our beach yoga offering before, welcome AND please take a moment to e-sign our liability waiver prior to class.
