Phở, pronounced “fuh,” is a Vietnamese soup that is made with a slow cooked broth, banh pho noodles, and meat, then served with bean sprouts and other fresh herbs on the side. Join Chef Thi in the kitchen for this hands-on class to master a Phenomenal Pho! You’ll start by building a savory Five Spiced Broth to be served with chicken, rice noodles and various side ingredients. To compliment the Pho, you’ll also create Bancuon, a traditional rice roll stuffed with pork and served with a delicious chili dipping sauce. This impressive class is chock full of flavor!
