Who is this for?
Tech managers! Engineering/IT managers, tech leads, directors and VP's of engineering, and the like. If you lead teams of geeks or nerds through long-term, complex projects, this meetup is for you.
What's in it for me?
Share war stories with fellow tech managers. Commiserate about the chaos. Learn actionable tactics and strategies that'll help you and your teams prosper. Our talks are light on the theoretical fluff and heavy on the real-world application. Oh, and we're giving away several functional & fun raffle prizes ($20-$40 value each) that any geek would be proud to own.
What should I wear?
Believe it or not, we get this question a lot. It's black tie optional. Just kidding. It's almost a guarantee that most folks will not be wearing suits. Wear what you usually wear to work and you'll fit right in. This event is a bunch of tech managers hanging out, eating some apps, drinking wine/beer/soda, and learning how to build better teams.
