"Who": 25-60 year old active motivated movers who are interested in prioritizing their performance both physically and mentally

In this workshop, The METHOD Performance will review:

How to build strength and maintain peak performance through all of life's stages
Key aspects of training to continue to progress in the gym and on the field
Principles of physical recovery to maximize performance

In this workshop, Riser + Tread will review:

Psychoeducation around how physical and mental health are intertwined
Explain how mental health influences physical performance, including stress, anxiety, and motivation, and the somatic symptoms associated with one’s mental state
Introduce techniques for managing stress, improving focus, and relaxation to maximize performance
