BOTTEGA PASTA CLUB An Evening of Italian Tradition, Flavor
Join us for an unforgettable evening at Bottega Pasta Club, where Italian tradition, authentic flavor, and genuine connection come together around the table.
This intimate, hands-on pasta-making experience is led by Salvatore — owner and creator of Seligo, the artisanal Sicilian brand behind the premium pasta and olive oil we proudly collaborate with and carry in our Mercatino.
Together, we’ll roll, shape, and cook fresh handmade pasta from scratch. You’ll learn to craft two traditional Sicilian shapes — Cavatelli and Busiate — each designed to beautifully capture our house-made sauces, prepared fresh in our kitchen.
The Evening Begins: Aperitivo
We start the evening the Italian way — with aperitivo. Guests are welcomed with a beautifully curated assortment of artisanal meats and cheeses from our Mercatino, accompanied by freshly prepared bruschetta. It’s the perfect introduction to the night: relaxed, social, and full of flavor. Gather, mingle, and enjoy a glass of wine.
BYOB encouraged — feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer to enjoy throughout the evening.
The Experience
After aperitivo, we move into the heart of the evening — pasta-making.
You’ll learn proper techniques for rolling and shaping dough, working with authentic semolina flour, and understanding the beauty of traditional Sicilian pasta. This is not just a class — it’s an immersive culinary experience filled with storytelling, laughter, and hands-on learning.
Once the pasta is complete, we’ll cook and serve it family-style, paired with our house sauces. Enjoy your pasta around the table with a glass of wine.
At the end of the night, you’ll sit down to enjoy the meal you created — and take home any extra pasta you’ve made. Guests also have the option to purchase sauces by the pound to recreate the experience at home.

EVENT FLOW
🕕 5:30 PM – Arrival & Aperitivo Settle in, enjoy your wine, eat, and mingle.
🕡 6:00–6:15 PM – Welcome & Pasta-Making Begins Introductions with Salvatore, followed by hands-on instruction.
🍝 Pasta Making Roll, shape, and learn while enjoying wine and conversation.
🍷 8:00 PM – Cooking & Family-Style Dinner Once the pasta is ready, we cook and serve it family-style with our two house sauces. Sit down to enjoy your handmade creation in true Italian fashion. And with a dolce finale, we conclude the evening indulging in mini cannoli!
🕗 8:30 PM – Wrap-Up & Shopping Relax, sip, savor the last bites, and browse the Mercatino.

• While this class centers around traditional semolina pasta, guests who are gluten-intolerant or have celiac disease are welcome to participate. Upon request, we are happy to cook gluten-free pasta for you for the dinner portion. Please note that while all of our sauces are gluten-free, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment due to our shared kitchen space.
