Partner Stretching and Shiatsu Massage: Opening the Energetic Pathways
Our health is dependent on the free flow of chi/prana in our mind, body, and soul. Partner Stretching reduces muscle tension, increases flexibility, enhances circulation, helps alleviate lower back pain and improves balance and coordination. In this workshop, we will work in pairs to help lengthen tight muscles using a modern stretching technique called PNF/resistance stretching.
Stretches for the lower and upper body will be taught, along with Shiatsu Massage which involves gentle finger and hand pressure, skillful touch and relaxing joint manipulations. This is an unbeatable combination which will energize and relax us!
