Celebrate the evening with a friend or partner as we stretch and open blocked areas of the body. This class will be presented virtually, with simple easy to follow sequences and techniques.
The partner stretching draws on modern PNF/resistance stretching techniques, while Shiatsu Massage involves gentle finger and hand pressure, acupressure release points, and comfortable joint manipulations. This combination of stretching and gentle massage will reduce physical tension, enhance circulation, help alleviate lower back and neck pain, and increase ones sense of well-being and happiness. At the end of this class you will feel more relaxed and energized, guaranteed!
