Join us for a 1-day workshop on all things Parkour hosted by Parkour Generations!This EPIC session includes instruction in basic movements & techniques of parkour, including games, exercises, and drills to improve balance, coordination, strength & awareness! Classes will focus on exploring and moving within one’s environment and all classes are taught by ADAPT certified coaches. Ages 5-15 | $25
