Spring is the time for new beginnings and growth! In this workshop, we will learn about new beginnings and a growth mindset through yoga, mindfulness, games, and stories! We will begin with a yoga practice with poses centered around spring and growth. We will continue the fun with mindfulness and focus based games! We will then read Ava’s new book, Renee Finds Her Inner Strength and practice finding our own strength! Children will take home a signed copy of the book. Following the reading, we will create works of art using real flowers to create unique prints and learn about the colors inside of the flowers.
This workshop is intended for children ages 4-13. Parents are welcome to stay for the duration or enjoy some time off in Assembly.

About 2MindfulGirls:
Ava Dussault and Lisa Casillo are co-founders of 2MindfulGirls, a children’s yoga studio. Although located in Worcester, they travel around MA to teach children’s workshops and classes. Lisa and Ava both are 95-hour children’s yoga certified and teachers. Lisa is a social emotional learning teacher in a k-2 school, and Ava teaches 1st grade special education. Ava has written and published two children’s books centered around social and emotional learning.
About Bluebird Bouquets: Haley's passion for floristry began at a young age alongside the caring guidance of her grandmother. To her, flowers tell a story of family, about who we are and where we come from. Today, Bluebird Bouquets shares these meaningful moments with others through thoughtfully crafted floral pieces for life's special moments.

Directions and Parking: Located in Assembly Row along the Fit Row side of the shopping center. Assembly Row’s parking rate structure ensures visitors will always have a place to park. Assembly visitors can park for up to 3 hours for FREE. Longer stays will be charged a nominal, hourly rate. A ticketless gate system has been implemented at each of the garages, which allows for credit/debit card entry and exit. Cards will not be charged before the 3 hour time frame, and your information will be automatically erased once you exit the garage.
We are also accessible via the Assembly stop on the orange line.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a full refund if we are notified via email at [email protected] no less than 48 hours before the start time of the workshop. You will receive a 50% refund if notified no less than 24 hours before the start time of the workshop. No refund is available for less than 24 hour notice.
