Join us for a fun, family-friendly introduction to one of Argentina's most treasured foods. Parents and children will work together to prepare two classic varieties of Argentine empanadas: traditional beef and humita, a savory corn-and-cheese filling. Participants will learn techniques for filling, folding, and baking empanadas while exploring the role these dishes play in Argentine culture and family gatherings. After cooking, everyone will enjoy the empanadas together for lunch. This class is designed for parents and children to participate together, and no previous cooking experience is necessary.
