Join Courtney and Lisa for a gentle spring hike with creativity, community, and a touch of magic. This outdoor workshop blends movement, mindfulness, and art as we walk through the woods we will leave messages of peace, hope and inspiration to enjoy the journey of life.
This experience is designed for anyone craving a slow, grounding morning in nature- no artistic skill or hiking experience needed. Just come as you are.
We’ll begin with a soft arrival at the trailhead, sharing snacks and choosing a stone to paint. As we walk, you’ll be invited to notice the season’s details - the colors, the air, the way the forest shifts in May. We will leave our rocks on the path and nestle our intention into action.
We’ll close with a simple ritual of sharing our intention for carving our path ahead. We will create a closing rock to take home to the embers burning for the path forward.
