Like meditating with a paintbrush…! Escape stress and routine and re-connect with yourself, your heart and soul - one brushstroke at a time. This fun process is an intuitive journey for self-discovery that invites you to listen to your body, feelings and inner wisdom, and to freely express yourself. No judgement! This process allows your intuition to flourish, and you will create beautiful and personal paintings every time. First-time painters can paint confidently in a safe space, and seasoned painters can release blocks and discover a new approach. In addition to painting, we will create sacred space through intention setting and guided meditation. We’ll also listen to inspiring music and share about our experience with the group. All supplies provided.
