Like meditating with a paintbrush…! Escape your stress and routine and re-connect with yourself, your heart and soul - one brushstroke at a time. This fun process is an intuitive journey for self-discovery that invites you to listen to your body, feelings and inner wisdom, and to freely express yourself. No judgement! This technique allows your intuition to flourish, and you will create beautiful and personal paintings every time! First-time painters can paint confidently in a safe space, and seasoned painters can release blocks and discover a new approach. We’ll also listen to great music and share about our experience with the group.​


All supplies provided. Coffee, tea, and water also provided. Participants should plan an independent lunch.


Participants will leave with: at least 2 completed intuitive paintings, a new painting technique, renewed connection with their creativity and intuition.
