Pub Talks - The speaker of the night is Johanna Skouras - "Self-Assertion: Be more calm-fident and assertive in a demanding world" Afraid to speak up? Unable to say no? People-pleaser? But this isn't a group therapy session—it's practical advice and good conversation in a relaxed environment with friends (and maybe a few drinks!).
