Learn how to make Mochi and Ice Skin Mooncakes from scratch!



James Beard Nominated Chef and PAGU owner Tracy Chang and Chef Winson will show you childhood recipes passed down to them. Attendees will receive a recipe book to take home with any additional materials or food!

This class does not require any previous cooking experience. 

Children are welcome as ticketed students.
