Draw a big red circle on your calendar for September 25, because that is the date of the showdown of all showdowns: PAELLA ON THE PORCH SHOWDOWN: CHRIS v. JAMIE! This is what happens when you have two James Beard award winning chefs in the same room talking about who cooks the best paella. You get a knockdown, there’s no-such-thing-as-second-place challenge cook-off!!


Both chefs have reason to brag about their paella. Chris Schlesinger and his paella recipe were featured in The New York Times; Jamie Bissonette headlined this year’s Food &Wine Classic in Aspen and showcased his paella to the crowds. Both have earned James Beard awards and nearly every culinary honor out there. But there can be only one “Paella On The Porch” champion!


Guests vote on the winnie paella!!!
