Join us for an enlightening session with Stephanie Theriault as she presents "Own Your Birth," an insightful program designed to empower individuals in navigating the labor and delivery process. With a wealth of experience, Stephanie aims to address the prevalent challenges surrounding maternal trauma and mortality rates. This program serves as a valuable resource for making informed decisions crucial to the birthing experience.

Stephanie will foster a safe and welcoming space, providing essential knowledge to support attendees in their birthing journey. The presentation will include a detailed Q&A session, encouraging a deeper exploration of the topics covered.


This program is being led by Stephanie Theriault, a registered labor and delivery nurse with nearly a decade of experience in maternity services at hospitals in Boston, the North Shore of Massachusetts, and New York City where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from New York University.
