The Heart Sutra offers a concise explanation of Buddha’s extraordinary teachings on the power of our mind and the nature of our world. It shows us how to find a deep inner peace and fearlessness, and for centuries it has been used as a powerful method to overcome obstacles that we face in life.
Based on teachings from the International Summer Festival, Gen Khedrub will guide us in two practice sessions of the Heart Sutra whereby we can improve our wisdom and find the power to overcome our obstacles.
Meditations will be guided and light refreshments will be available during the break. This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]
