Join us for a refreshing morning Vinyasa yoga class at Remnant Brewing @ Bow Market!
This session will have a smooth flow to wake you up, followed by a relaxing cooldown to stretch and unwind.
There will be options for all levels.
Please bring your own mat, props, sunscreen, and water.
In case of rain, we will practice indoors.
After the class, stick around to enjoy a coffee or cold beer from Remnant (drinks are not included with the class).
