Welcome to the final outdoor dance class of the season! The class will begin with some strengthening the deep stretching to safely warm up the body. We will work fundamentals for all levels of dancers. Whether this is your first ever dance class, or you've been dancing for years, I promise you an excellent work out.


We will culminate in a grass-friendly combination to help relieve some of the pent up stress and anxiety our bodies have been harboring throughout quarantine.
