Outdoor Community Yoga with Holly

Join us outside under the trees at the Condon Shell Park on the Mystic Valley Parkway for a special outdoor yoga class. Moderate Yoga is an all-levels class including standing postures, moderately-paced sequences of postures, stretches, relaxation, and meditation.

Participants must adhere to COVID SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS, including but not limited to the following:

- Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before class time. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

-Everyone must maintain social distancing of 6 feet; face masks must be worn when arriving and departing from class and when social distancing cannot be maintained.

-Participants must bring and use their own equipment (water, and mat or towel recommended; Sunglasses, sunscreen, or hat optional);

-Pre-registration required. No drop-ins allowed.

-By registering you affirm that you confirm that you are healthy, present no symptoms of illness, have had a chance to consult with a doctor about your participation in this activity, and understand the risks inherent in your participation. If you present with symptoms after registration but before the activity, please stay home.

- Please note there are no bathrooms on site. Please make arrangements accordingly.
