Join us in the sunshine for a total body conditioning work out!
Class Layout: we start class with a dynamic warm-up to get movement into our joints.
Then go into circuits of strength training moves that hit all major muscle groups including abs. Set up in intervals with very little rest to make sure our heart stays pumping (modifications provided for each exercise). Each circuit is broken up by a 'tabata cardio blast' which is a cardio moved performed on a '20 seconds on, 10 seconds off' repetition count before we head into the next circuit.
Please bring a mat and your positivity :)
