Let's get OUTSIDE! Join Leah in taking this 45-minute BEAT BUILD class. This is a form-focused, total body, beat-based strength and cardio class.
WHAT YOU NEED:
-A mat and a light to medium set of weights (3-8lbs recommended) or alternative household items (or cans!). Sneakers optional.
All mats and participants will be socially distanced (6ft or more) . Masks will be worn before and after class and optional during class. No physical contact assists or adjustments will be performed. Event limited to 10 participants. Hand sanitizer will be available. Rain date TBD.
