In this hour long outdoor dance class, Mcebisi (also known as Bisi) will give students a great cardio warm-up using African dance movement, guide through a series of stretches and strength-building exercises, and finish by teaching a combination for all to learn. Come check out this Jean Appolon Expressions Dance Company class! Class is free with donations appreciated.
Dancers of all backgrounds, ages and experience levels are welcome!
