7/11 and 7/14. 30 minute sessions from 1:30PM–

2PM and 2PM–2:30PM. Join our inclusive dance

class! Our 30-minute session features a light warmup

and stretching, accommodating participants in

wheelchairs or who prefer to sit. Enjoy a variety of

genres including salsa, pop, and oldies, with no

explicit or offensive content. The class includes

movements inspired by salsa, bachata, hip hop,

swing dance, lindy hop, and Silver Sneakers aerobic

exercises. Modifications and positive motivation are

provided, with limited jumping. Finally, wind down

with stretching and positive affirmations. Don’t miss

out on this fun and inclusive dance experience!
