Executive Chef David Daniels and Opus One Winemaker, Michael Silacci have teamed up to bring you - "Impossible Pairings". This unique dinner will feature a one-of-a-kind menu with imaginative courses that you would not expect to be paired with this legendary Bordeaux-style Napa Valley winery.  Your world will open to the incredible possibilities of delightful out-of-the-box epicurean combinations.


Opus One was conceived as the joint brainchild of Robert Mondavi and Baron Philippe de Rothschild, after they first met in Hawaii back in 1970. Their vision was to combine their expertise in Old World and New World winemaking, to pioneer a blend that was greater than the sum of its parts... And it has been one of the most celebrated wineries of the new world since that conception.

This Opus One experience will ignite your senses and educate your palate - impossibly fabulous!


The evening will begin with a fascinating one-hour seminar given by Opus One winemaker and repeat festival guest, Michael Silacci. For those seeking a more in-depth dive into this legendary winery, you will have the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look at viticulture and winemaking at Opus One - all questions answered!  It is the constant pursuit of absolute wine quality and expression of time and place that makes Opus One a wine that is truly respected around the world.  


Tickets can be purchased for both the seminar and dinner ($580), or for the dinner alone ($455). Tickets are inclusive of tax and gratuity. The Seminar & Dinner event will begin at 6pm in the South Atlantic Room of the Boston Harbor Hotel. The Dinner event alone will begin at 7pm in the Meritage Room of the Boston Harbor Hotel.
