The Guild of Boston Artists is proud to present a solo exhibition of Sam Vokey's landscape painting entitled Water and Light at its Newbury Street gallery from November 4 - December 2. He will also be hosting an Artist Demonstration to compliment the show on November 18th at 2pm.


Focusing most recently on his work in landscape, Sam Vokey remarked on his solo exhibition, saying "I chose the theme for this show because I am constantly chasing after water and light as they move and transform in the landscape. Sometimes this can be a challenge as the tide or the wind shifts, or as the fog or clouds cover the sun, but interpreting these observations into paint is my goal."
