Join Ali Gray Gallery for the opening reception of Julie Gray: Prints & Paintings on Friday, June 5 from 6–9 PM at 338 Commercial Street in Provincetown.
The exhibition features Julie Gray’s white-line woodblock prints, part of the historic Provincetown printmaking tradition developed in Provincetown in the early 20th century, alongside a new collection of oil paintings.
Known for their distinctive carved white lines, layered color, and sense of atmosphere, Gray’s prints honor a historic local art form while bringing a fresh contemporary perspective. The exhibition also marks the debut of new oil paintings that expand her artistic practice while maintaining her connection to light, landscape, and place.
Julie Gray currently serves as Board President of the Provincetown Tennis Club and has deep ties to the Provincetown community.
Wine and light refreshments will be served. Free and open to the public.
