This workshop is designed as a meditative journey to help you connect with your throat chakra, the energy center responsible for communication, authenticity, and creativity. You will be guided through restorative yoga poses—slow enough to sink into stillness and savor each shape. Intertwined with the physical journey will be visualization practices, gentle sound exploration, and a powerful sound bath, creating an immersive experience for deep relaxation and self-discovery.
Expect to unwind and, at the same time, open yourself up to a profound inward journey. Through soothing yin yoga poses, mindful vocal expressions, a healing sound bath, and guided meditation, we’ll work to release blockages and inspire clarity in your inner and outer voice. Allow the vibrations of sound and stillness to harmonize your energy and open the pathway for prana (life energy) to flow freely.
No prior experience is needed—this event welcomes everyone, no matter where you are in your journey, to explore connection and alignment.
Bring a journal and pen, water and an open mind. The color of the throat chakra is blue~ you may feel inspired to wear this color today.
About Your Guide:
Bella's extensive studies and experiences with chakras have provided her with a rich and diverse background in this field. Having studied in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga and a spiritual hub, she gained a deep understanding of the cultural and spiritual context of chakra work. Continuing her studies at San Francisco’s Purusha Yoga, Bella learned the therapeutic applications of chakra work. Bella's knowledge and experience have led her to create 8 chakra courses that guide fellow yogis to deeply connect with the sacred wisdom of the chakras.
