Exploring Personhood through Media is a weeklong personal narrative production workshop, during which students will explore their personal history and create a short film about it. Through in depth-discussions about identity representations in film, participants will walk away with a better understanding of media storytelling. Although centered on one’s own story, this workshop will strengthen your ability to be honest and more authentic with any story you tell. Equipment will be available to CCTV members and will be available for rent for nonmembers.
Pre-requisites: Knowledge of Editing
4 sessions - Monday, June 21st, Tuesday, June 22nd, Wednesday, June 23rd & Thursday, June 24th, 6-7:30pm - with Xia Rondeau
This class is free for CCTV members and $60 for others (plus equipment rental fee. Nonmembers can pay for this class here.
