Come join us on Saturday, January 6th at 9:30am at Mystic Brewery in Chelsea, MA for a 75 minute vinyasa yoga flow & afterwards enjoy a complimentary beer.

All levels of yogis and all levels of beer drinkers welcome! $15

Start your day off right with breath, body work, and beer. Local yoga instructor Sarah Shea, will be leading a class designed to help you get centered, increase flexibility, and build strength. From breath work, sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, balance poses, to ending with restorative poses, no matter your level of experience with yoga the class will be structured in such a way that you can make it as supportive and challenging as you are ready for that morning.

After the flow stick around to enjoy a complimentary beer as part of the community experience, extending the good vibes of savasana beyond the mat! Bring friends, make friends. Focus on yourself, enjoy community. All you need is a yoga mat, ID, and water. Yoga mats are also available if you need to borrow one, no charge.
