Olio Culinary Collective presents Pamangan, a Filipino-American pop up in Lamplighter's taproom. Pamangan's chef Ellie Kitsch has been on the forefront of bringing Filipino cuisine to the Boston area.


This Sunday, she'll be serving up garlic rice bowls with a sweet & savory Filipino barbeque with lemongrass & ginger called inasal, using a marinade and grilling technique from the Western Visayas region of the Philippines. Though typically made with chicken, there will also be tofu/jackfruit version available.
