There are few things that go together better than beer and cheese. Flavorful, fermented foods that can compliment and contrast, and equal more than the sum of their parts. Learn some classic pairings, with a focus on European beer styles. A little context goes a long way, so we will delve into the history and geography of some of the world’s best combos!
