House of Prayer Lutheran Church located at 916 Main Street in Hingham will hold its 34th Annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 28th from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Rain or shine. Admission is a non-perishable food item to be donated to local food pantries. Parking is free. King Ludwig's Bavarian Band will provide lively music for listening, singing and dancing. Authentic German food and beverages will be available throughout the day. Other attractions include a 50/50 raffle, children's corner, bake table and local crafters. Proceeds from this festive event are donated to world-wide missions, local food pantries and social ministries.
