Sunday April 2nd, from 12:00-5:00pm BISq will be hosting Chef Moe Kuroki of OISA Ramen & Kikusui Brewery with their delicious Sake, for an afternoon full of Ramen, Sake & Fun!!!


We will featuring:


Ramen:
Smoky Shoyu 14
vegetable broth, smoky soy, pork belly chashu, trumpet mushroom "men-ma", ajitama (marinated 5min egg)
*vegan / vegetarian option available


Pork Maze-Soba 14
brothless, pork belly chashu, fried chickpea, mayu, onsen egg, pickled ginger
