Join Spira for a blissful experience of healing music and healing frequencies. You'll rest comfortably on your mat with blankets, bolsters, and anything else you need to feel cozy while listening to the sound frequencies of crystal bowls which are charged with Reiki energy. According to Science Direct, studies have shown that singing bowl sound meditation can produce physiological and psychological responses, reducing negative affect and increasing positive affect, as well as improving blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate.


Bring a mat and water bottle. Stay for tea afterwards if you'd like.
