Squirrels eat everything from acorns to tree bark, make two different homes depending on the season, and mostly communicate with other squirrels through the movement of their tails. Join us to navigate the forest, find food, and build nests. As we enjoy the crisp fall air and the colorful leaves, we will be scampering around looking for squirrel food, building nests, and doing other squirrely activities.
PLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. Groups are limited to 15 pre-registered children. Participants are required to wear a face covering when less than six feet apart, and when entering the building, and follow social distancing guidelines. A detailed confirmation letter will be emailed 24 hours before the program. This program will take place entirely outdoors. Please dress for the weather. In the case of inclement weather, the program will be canceled.
Registration is required.
