Now Listen Here is back at the Home.stead bakery & cafe for another great night of true stories on Friday, November 15! The theme for the night is Wild Ride and all are welcome! In addition to the stories, we'll have delicious food from the kitchen plus a bevy of beverages to keep you warm!
This is an open mic show and all interested storytellers are invited to throw their name in the jug for a shot at fame and glory! Prepare your own true, 5-minute story based on the theme of the nitght, Wild Ride. Sign up when you walk in and then sit back and enjoy the show!
Our featured storyteller will be Julie M.Baker, a 6 time The Moth in Boston StorySLAM winner! Julie is one of the boldest storytellers in the area and has had her stories featured on The Moth Radio Hour and Stories from the Stage, and we are excited to have her closing out the show.
Our musical feature will be Los Gallos Locos, a Dorchester based Latin Roots band! Those crazy roosters have long been one of the crowd favorites at Now Listen Here and you should make sure to arrive early to see their entire set!
