"Self-expression is your greatest possession"
Note to Self is therapeutic drop-in group centered on mindfulness and self-reflection. Learn about mental health and strategies to manage symptoms, while expressing yourself creatively through art and play. Drawing from a wide range of therapeutic tools from DBT, CBT, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and EMDR, adults 18 and over are invited to participate in grounding and expressive exercises at the pace of their choosing. Active or passive participation is welcome.
At N2S, you'll learn therapeutic strategies to help you manage the daily challenges we all face.
