Kerri N'Fuego, guest instructor from Denver, brings her award-winning chair dance expertise to Boston!


In this class you will learn introductory safe movement on a regular metal folding chair to apply to your future chair dance experiences. We will work through a flow sequence on the chair that will not only let you revisit your relationship with chair dance but also broaden your knowledge of the chair as something more than just something to sit on. 


This class will consist of sexy ashtanga yoga and pole dancing moves on a folding chair so please wear yoga pants or tights and a full back coverage top to make your experience more comfortable.


This workshop is limited to 16 students. There are only be limited chairs available. Please bring your own metal folding chair.


Please stay after the workshop for refreshments and a brief performance from Kerri!
