Indian cuisine is just as expansive as European cuisine. North Indian food is rich in flavors and aroma with whole spices, saffron, nuts, cream, milk, and butter. Join Karishma, our native Indian cooking instructor and learn how to make chicken tikka kabob with cilantro-mint chutney, aloo gobi (potato and cauliflower stir fry), and spiced pulao with peas. We’ll finish the class with refreshing creamy cardamom and pistachio lassi. Vegetarian options are available. You are welcome to pick some or all dishes to cook along or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be sent prior to the class along with the Zoom link. Instructor: Karishma Pradhan
