Idk about you, but I LOVE Halloween. And I love Yoga (obvs). So, why not combine the two with a Nightmare on Adams Street Halloween Themed Yoga Class!
Join us on Thursday, 10/31, from 7-8PM for an All-Levels Flow, where costumes are encouraged but not required, to have a little fun--because sometimes life just gets TOO serious.
