Nice Flex: School Vacation Yoga for Tweens and Teens with Emily Sullivan

We are offering our very first school vacation yoga series designed specifically for teens and tweens.

Give your kid the building blocks of a home practice to carry them as they navigate the terrain of adolescence and young adulthood. This is an empowering workshop with a focus on strength, flexibility, and self-regulation.

All of this adds up to your child feeling more at home in their body and mind. The earlier the skills are practiced, the larger the positive impact on their lives.

Each class will include physical practice, relaxation, and a yoga-related discussion. This workshop is great for newbies and experienced practitioners. Please bring a beach towel on sunny days so we can take our yoga outside!

Ages 10+

*Looking for more cool April break stuff? Our wonderful neighbors at Brookline Arts Center offer tween and teen pottery and jewelry-making from 9am-2pm. Consider signing your kiddo up for a morning of art making at the BAC and an afternoon of yoga with us! We’ll provide a chaperone for the walk across the street between studios.
