New Year’s Eve Flow With Tatyana Souza

December 31st, 9:00 – 10:15 p.m.

Bring a friend or loved one from across the world and hop online together for a virtual zoom celebration to ring in 2021 with yoga and friends! Start your celebration with a grounded flow to melt away the stress and tensions of 2020 and set some solid-footed intentions for the year ahead. We will use mudras and guided meditation to clear the path for our wishes to root in 2021.

Expect chill beats by DJ Taz Rashid and set yourself up for a toast (with your beverage of choice) to celebrate the New Year in the virtual community, following savasana. All levels welcome!

Cost $20 for two tickets to share with a friend.
