This year, Executive Chef Dante deMagistris and Chef de Cuisine Rob Neely welcome guests to ring in 2020 with a special New Year’s Eve prix fixe and celebration.

New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Wellington
$65 per person, includes a bubbly toast
(choice of one dish per course)

beef tartare
quail egg yolk, red onion, capers, cornichons, rye bread toast [add caviar, $14]

short rib french onion soup
sweet vidalia onions, beef short rib, fontina gruyere, crostini

caesar
little gem lettuce, house dressing, garlic croutons, olive tapenade

kale salad
shredded kale and napa cabbage, green beans, tomato, crispy split peas, pepitas, sesame, ponzu vinaigrette


crab dip
baby veggies and garlic bread for dipping [add caviar, $14]

faroe island salmon, hoisin glaze, “creamed” swiss chard, beet “tartare”


smoked lamb “shawarma”
tzatziki, couscous, apple mint relish, tons of herbs, grilled pita


lemon grass roasted statler chicken breast

petite fillet of beef, jumbo shrimp, garlic butter, kiesler’s mill heirloom grits, herb salad

fava chickpea falafel, baba ghanoush, greek yogurt, tabbouleh, marinated cucumber, hazelnut dukkah

Reservations are required and can be made online with OpenTable or by calling (617) 932-1750 (walk-ins available at the bar). Guests with reservations between 8pm-10pm are invited to enjoy their table through midnight to dine and party their way into the New Year.


Following dinner service, the party really starts when the music gets turned up, the big screens broadcast the ball drop, and The Wellington offers a bubbly toast at midnight.
