Foundry on Elm will celebrate New Year’s Eve in Davis Square with a collection of dinner specials followed by dancing the night away with sounds by DJ Madsol-Desar.


For supper beginning at 5pm, chef Shayne Nunes has created four specials that will be available in addition to our regular menu. For entrees, there is Pan Roasted Diver Scallops with crispy pork belly, Brussels sprouts, acorn squash puree and a pomegranate pork jus ($32) and a tender Grilled Filet Mignon with roasted garlic whipped potatoes, asparagus, crispy shallots and a truffle bordelaise ($39). To close out the year with one last bit of indulgence, there is a duo of desserts: Flourless Chocolate Cake with peanut butter mousse, candied peanuts and dark chocolate sauce ($8) and a Blood Orange Tart with coconut whipped cream and candied orange zest ($8).


The final party of 2016 will start at 10pm with DJ Madsol-Desar taking to the turntables ($20 pp). Whether you’re happily kissing a sour year goodbye or looking back on the past 365 days with tears of joy, we have you covered.
