Join the Guild on New Year’s Day from 10:30am – 2pm for a special New Year’s brunch. On January 1st, which also happens to be Paul Revere’s birthday, guests can toast to the occasion with a showstopping bubbling fountain of Perrier Jouet champagne. Grab a glass for $16 and experiment with juices and flavors to create the ultimate sparking cocktails during brunch. For those with a sweet tooth, warm up with a boozy hot cocoa. Chef Sean Dutson will be serving up a variety of brunch dishes like Revere Lobster Benedict (Maine lobster meat, poached eggs, English muffin, tarragon hollandaise with fresh fruit and home fries), Concord Duck Hash (confit duck, potatoes, onion & sage, served with scrambled eggs & whole wheat English muffin) or Boston Cream Pie French Toast (thick cut brioche, pastry cream, chocolate sauce and toasted almonds). Every brunch entrée includes coffee, tea, juice and a slice of birthday cake in honor of Paul Revere’s 284 birthday.
