About Pema Sherpa:
Pema was born and raised in Nepal and had the chance to start learning and practicing meditation at a young age. Pema had the opportunity to study mindfulness during her Masters from Harvard University where she received her academic training on Psychology and Philosophy. She now combines her traditional mindfulness training with her rigorous academic training to teach meditation as a tool to optimize one’s capacity for performance and well-being.
