Experience healing and restful restorative poses accompanied by guided meditations and visualizations that have been chosen specifically to support and bring perspective to your new role. As mothers, we put our babies first and leave ourselves for "later," but we often forget that the mother must also be nurtured and supported so that she can adapt to her new reality in a healthy and positive way. Due to the calm nature of this workshop, please leave babies at home with a trusted caregiver and give your mind and body this much-deserved rest.
