Michael Graves and Curtis Hanson are two of the foremost landscape painters in New England. Painting in two different styles - Graves is a plein air impressionist while Hanson identifies as a tonalist - both painters are united by their commitment to representing nature in all its seasons. The two artists will divide the President's Gallery of the Guild of Boston Artists for a show featuring a variety of landscapes including bucolic rural scenes, rugged coastlines, foggy marshlands, and snaking rivers
